If you guessed laundry / powder room area, you are RIGHT! Isn't it pretty?! When Dean ripped out the faux painted walls, away went the cat pee smell - THANK GOODNESS!
Here is the powder room - Dean found a shred of the old red and gold shimmery wallpaper...while he is not mister fashion, he could not understand how that went with the black and white stripes! Hee hee. How do you explain?
And the laundry room space...see the leak damage all the way to the left where the insullation is sticking out? Hence the reason Dean is tearing the whole house to the studs before rebuilding as you never know what is hiding! Also a good pic of the water damage on the wall near the office...all of those laundry floods!
The garage entrance. Dean is trying to salvage this door...it's very heavy - good weather protection. But the house has settled and that will be an issue as the floor is slanted...no easy solution. Alas...

I can't believe it! Cat pee on the walls? She must have been spooked or mad to do that. I can't see the close up of water damage...I must get my eyes checked!
I can't believe Dean can't understand that black/white stripes go with red and gold? ;-) LOL! Mom and her favorite colors! ahhh...
Oh Sandy...3rd picture in post. You cannot miss water damage! Look at the corner of the room in pic - both panels (one w. insulation and one without) are majorly damaged! You can see the water stains coming all the way down the panel...LOL! ;-)
