6004 - Laundry Room / Powder Room

This is the linen closet with new door...trim needs to be painted, but doesn't it look nice?!
Here's the laundry room area. The white cabinet is temporary until we get a sink...but works for storage now. We will eventually get cabinets above...and rebuild the laundry chute.
The powder room...can't wait for you to try it out! ;-)
Here is the new sink...Dean did a great job connecting it. It wasn't easy...come visit!

Bedroom furniture in its new home!

Inga is very happy - LOVES it. Not sure these pics do justice...it looked amazing in this new space.
Leave it to Inga...the furniture was moved Friday...and she has it all set up by Sunday!
Thanks Stacey...

More dining room items...

Remember these...the candleholders from the dining room? Perhaps those red crooked candles could go nicely in them! ;-) These are wooden and could be spray painted if you wanted to change the color...
Red cloth boxes...there are a few.
A Lenox ashtray? Hmmmm....
These are the dental figurines.

Sandy & Stacey on Kitchen Duty!

Cheers! We must all remember these blue mugs...
Talk about marching...mom would be proud! Glass after unclaimed glass was wrapped for its journey to ECHO. Sandy and I made the delivery on Monday, April 7, and saw Barbara McDonnell (long time family friend & lives at Hiddenbrooke). Also the Gothiers from Encounter days...HA! We were able to take empty boxes as we were desperate...and as we waited, there were 3 ladies unwrapping the glasses. I kid you not..."Oh, these are so cute! Look at this one!" It was the first time we got to witness a reaction from these donations... we should all feel great as these donated items will certainly be a major gift to people in need!
This is a little tea set...I'm interested, are you?!
Knives anyone?

Off to Nate's in Ellicot City! (Roger's son)

Roger and Nate showed up Sunday around 4pm (4-13-08) with a UHaul. Wish you could have been there to see Nate and Roger turn red in the face MANY times as they moved this couch! VERY HEAVY! Nate was really excited with it and as they struggled, I reminded him that this was his property...be kind to your couch! :-)
Nate was "stoked" about the glass coffee tables...he really was very thankful...and thanked us several times!!!
I carried this one to the UHaul...the least I could do.
Roger & Nate...Hmmm...look closely...do you recognize any other furniture that made it on the truck? Hint: It was in the sunroom...
