6004 Kitchen Renovations...

Pantry - gone.
Dean was unhappy about the drywall gap he found.
Fridge cabinets dismounted. Microwave area out too.
The microwave cabinet...we plan to move it to the basement so we can have a popcorn / snack station for movie nights. Handy, huh?

6004 Kitchen remodel begins...

A slab of granite i liked...succuri...but too expensive!
Dean starts the demolition!

Garden...weeding out clover...ugh!
More mold found...in living room above bay window.
Contractor Dean to the rescue!
Dean drywalled and will need to paint (eventually). Wallpaper came down.

6004 Shutters...After...

Burgundy...softer look. Front doors will be painted to match.

New # sign...mailbox to come...
Dean repainted shed door...added locks. New screen back door to house. Built concrete foundation for air conditioning unit and concrete slab in front of shed. Nice!
